Sr. Web & Mobile Developer/Team Leader
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our development team full time. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team of software developers that produces mobile apps, sophisticated web sites, and cutting edge internet applications.
Candidates should have the following experience:
- Minimum five years building dynamic web sites
- Minimum five years with at least one of the following: PHP, Java, ASP.NET, Ruby on Rails
- Minimum five years with mySQL/Postgres, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
- Minimum five years with Apache or other linux-based web servers
- Minimum two years with iPhone or Android API (both preferred)
- Experience in team environment, including design, coding, and revision control practices
- Highly motivated, ready to develop innovative solutions, ready to lead
OPTIONAL SKILLS
- Experience with HTML 5
- Experience with advanced JavaScript concepts, including AJAX
- Experience with Flex/ActionScript 3
- Experience with large-scale content management systems
- Experience with e-commerce and/or digital marketing
- Experience with usability testing
- Experience with web accessibility compliance (508)
- Project leadership experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hires will:
- Lead development on exciting, fast-moving projects
- Interface with customers to solve complex problems and deliver solutions
- Produce and maintain well-documented code as well as debug existing code
- Keep team motivated and productive
- Collabroate with talented developers, business analysts, designers, and web consultants
- Work with project managers to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
- Work with graphic designers and information architects to turn mockups into functional websites or mobile applications
- Perform quality assurance testing on applications
