1. Click Subscribe on the A+T Podcast page
2. You will be taken to a page containing an audio file. Copy the URL from your browser address bar.
3. Open i-Tunes from Start > All Programs > i-Tunes > i-Tunes. (If you do not have i-Tunes under the All Programs category it may mean that you do not have i-Tunes installed on your computer. Go to www.apple.com/itunes, click Free Download, install the program, then restart your computer.)
4. In i-Tunes, click Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast.
5. A box will open that asks for the URL. Paste the URL into the box then click OK.
6. Now that the audio file is added to your podcast library, you can listen by double-clicking the file.
7. To sync the audio file into your iPod, plug your iPod into your computer.
8. In iTunes click File > Sync iPod.
