Requirements

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager with strong experience in web and digital project delivery. This role requires someone who can lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple client projects, and guide technical and creative work from planning through launch. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong client communication skills.

We're seeking a Project Manager with:

  • a minimum of 5 years of web and online development project management experience
  • a strong background in interactive media and/or digital marketing project management
  • experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • the ability to lead technical and design teams to meet client goals and project expectations
  • experience leading projects and teams remotely
  • the ability to prioritize work and resources to meet critical deadlines for web design, development, and new media projects
  • strong creative problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset
  • strong knowledge of modern web platforms and solutions, with the ability to coach team members on delivering results
  • excellent client communication skills and the ability to work as a confident, organized, team-focused professional

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • manage projects, people, and resources
  • help determine project solutions across content, creative, and technical disciplines
  • establish and maintain strong relationships between the organization and its clients
  • maintain knowledge of current Internet tools, applications, and development procedures
  • manage multiple complex client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, milestones, and project timelines
  • communicate evolving requirements and planning updates across team members
  • identify and remove obstacles affecting project progress
  • track issues, plan sprints, and distribute tasks across the development team (Jira experience is a plus)

Other Broad Responsibilities

  • identify current and emerging digital trends that may impact clients
  • build, mentor, and support your team
  • prioritize and communicate team workloads with client stakeholders
  • facilitate daily scrum meetings and sprint planning when Agile management is required
